Wow, a fantastic bridal shop in the heart of Hull!

I was absolutely blown away when I walked in, lots of space, cosy sofa's and variety of dresses. There’s parking outside. Tracy is knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to listen, get to know my style and more importantly guide me through the dresses. There’s also an in house seamstress which takes the stress away about alterations.

If you are looking for a dress, this is definitely one you should visit!

Had the most amazing experience today.

Tracy was so accommodating after we’d been let down by another Bridal shop. She took time to get to know me, asking questions about the wedding and the type of dress I was looking for. we were well looked after and nothing was too much.

She was supportive in helping make choices, honest and giving ideas without feeling the ‘sales push’ you get in other stores. Although I’m certain I’ve chose the dress she’s been so happy for me to make another booking in a few days time and has gone out of her way to help make this whole process feel very special. My very first visit to a Bridal shop was to this gorgeous place and I am so glad I booked in. First impression once inside was stunning! Everything laid out and presented immaculately, a huge space filled with warmth and elegance. There is a wide selection of dresses for all styles, sizes and price ranges.

The most fabulous part of all, was meeting Tracy. This wonderful lady made choosing my dress a memory I will won’t forget. The care and passion she has for listening to what you truly want, her advice on what to consider and making you feel supported all the way, in feeling wonderful throughout your appointment makes it a very special place to find your dream dress.

Wow, its hard to know where to start with this review, as everything was so outstanding, from the fantastic service to the beautiful shop.

From the moment we stepped into the shop, Tracy was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at ease. The range of dresses in the shop is beautiful. there was so much choice. Tracy went through all the dresses with me, explaining the different styles and materials, and then allowed me time to choose a range that I liked to try. While trying on each one, Tracy took the time to get to know me and offered advice on each dress. Tracy then picked out the perfect dress for me, which I said yes to. The team are so friendly and helpful. Christine, the in-house seamstress, is on site to advise on any necessary alterations. I’m delighted to have discovered Chasey Bridal and highly recommend it to any Bride seeking a wedding dress. The best experience made the process very special and exciting.
